The Teacher Resource Guide (TRG) includes just about everything you need to teach Sip Smart! BC™ in 3-4 hours.

The TRG is 26.5 MB, a large file that will require 1-2 minutes to download. Please note that the “entire” TRG document has been set up for back-to-back printing – if you print several copies, remember to check the pagination! When you print by “section” the files are smaller, load more quickly, and are set up for single-sided printing.
Sip Smart! BC™ has been
- designed by teachers, nutritionists and school health educators, with plenty of feedback from students
- tested thoroughly both as a facilitated and teacher-led program, through delivery to 230 BC classrooms (over 6000 students) in 2008-2009
- shown to be both fun and effective in encouraging students to think about, and to make, healthy drink choices.
Sip Smart! BC™ reflects prescribed learning outcomes for Health and Career Education for grades 4, 5, and 6 and touches on other curriculum areas such as Science.
